Terms of Use

These terms apply when you buy from INFINITY HUB Stationery, operated by Infinity Hub (202603190379). By placing an order you accept them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm payment or dispatch the goods. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price has been listed in error — and if we do, any payment taken is refunded in full.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit.
• Card and FPX payments may carry a processing fee, shown separately at checkout before you pay. DuitNow QR carries no fee.
• DuitNow QR payments are verified manually against our bank records. Goods are released once payment is confirmed, usually within one working day.
• Where we issue an invoice, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Delivery

We dispatch to the address you give us and send tracking details by email once your parcel is on its way. Delivery estimates are indicative — once a parcel is with the courier, timing is outside our control. Please check the address carefully, as we cannot recover a parcel sent to an address entered incorrectly.

Returns and faulty goods

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within seven days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

Stock and pricing errors

Stock levels shown are our best information at the time. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange a refund or a substitute.

Our liability

We are responsible for supplying goods as described. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost business or profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by Malaysian law.

Your data

We handle your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
